As a former professional cheerleader and dancer, I understand firsthand the intense pressure performers and athletes face to excel, and to look a certain way while doing it.
 

That’s why I’m passionate about helping dancers, cheerleaders, golfers, and all competitive athletes develop a healthier relationship with food, body, and movement. Whether you’re dealing with performance anxiety, body image struggles, or disordered eating, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
