Relief & Recovery Psychotherapy
Eating Disorders &
Disordered Eating
Eating disorders can feel isolating, confusing, and all-consuming, but recovery is possible. Whether you’re struggling with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, orthorexia, or a pattern of disordered eating that doesn’t fit neatly into a diagnosis, you deserve support that focuses on what’s underneath the behaviors, not just what’s visible on the surface.
I support both adolescents and adults in healing their relationship with food, body image, and self-worth. My work is rooted in understanding, not shame, and is tailored to meet you where you are in your recovery journey.
Together, we’ll work to:
-
Understand the emotional and functional role of eating disorder behaviors
-
Reduce fear and guilt around food and eating
-
Reconnect with your body in a safe and supportive way
-
Explore how identity, control, anxiety, or perfectionism may be impacting your relationship with food
-
Build a life that feels fuller, freer, and more aligned with who you are, not who the eating disorder tells you to be
I also collaborate with dietitians, psychiatrists, physicians, and, when appropriate family members or coaches to create a full-circle treatment team focused on your healing.
You don’t have to be “sick enough” to deserve help.
