Self-Compassion Group

A virtual therapy group for adult women who struggle with self-judgment and shame

Have you lived your entire life feeling that you’re never good enough?

Do you feel guilty when you rest? Does it feel like if you aren’t making a constant effort to better yourself or stay on top of your responsibilities, other people will realize what a mess you are? Maybe you’re tired of feeling anxious and worried that your best efforts are never good enough. Maybe it even feels like you, as a person, will never be good enough.

What if there was a way to stop that self-critical voice and end your feelings of guilt and shame?

Join us this fall for a special group experience as we read and discuss the powerful book, Self-Compassion by Kristin Neff. Over 9 weeks, we will learn and explore how your self-critical voice developed, and how you can get it to quiet down.
