Whether you’re trying to navigate anxiety, an eating disorder, or self-criticism and feelings of shame, it’s easy to feel you’re alone in your suffering. Group therapy can be a powerful tool to learn that you are not alone. It offers you the opportunity to connect with other people who share your struggles and your desire to create a more fulfilling life for yourself. Our current group offerings are designed to complement each other and can be completed as stand-alone groups or as a consecutive series.

8 Keys to Recovery From an Eating Disorder Group
A virtual group for women in eating disorder recovery. Read and discuss the much-beloved book: 8 Keys To Recovery From An Eating Disorder. Over 8 weeks, we will learn and explore the relationship you have with your eating disorder, food, your body, and yourself.

Self Compassion Group
A virtual group for highly self-critical women who constantly struggle with feeling like they are not “good enough.” Join us for a 9-week group as we read Self-Compassion by Kristin Neff, PhD. Identify the voice of your inner-critic and develop a kinder, more loving relationship with yourself.
